AZB & Partners advised private equity firm Everstone on its acquisition of majority stake in New Delhi-based SaaS company Wingify.

AZB & Partners acted for Global Health Limited (Medanta) and Dr. Narayan Dutt Shrimali Foundation International Charitable Trust Society in relation to their Operations and Management agreement for a 750-bed super specialty hospital in Pitampura area of Delhi with a capital expenditure of Rs. 600 crores.
