Mukul Baveja advises clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters, with particular expertise in intellectual property protection, enforcement, commercialization and cross-border transactions involving the transfer and use of intellectual property rights. He has extensive experience representing domestic and international clients across sectors including technology, automotive, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, media and entertainment, FMCG, electronics and fashion. His practice also encompasses intellectual property disputes before courts and tribunals across India, as well as domain name disputes before the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the National Internet Exchange of India (NIXI). He is recognised for providing commercially focused advice that aligns intellectual property strategy with broader business objectives.
Apoorva Murali has over a decade of experience advising clients on contentious intellectual property matters and the commercial exploitation of intellectual property assets. Her practice spans patents, trademarks, designs and copyrights, including prosecution, advisory and litigation mandates. She regularly represents clients before courts and other forums across India and has advised on several complex intellectual property disputes and enforcement actions. She also advises on legal and regulatory issues arising from emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning. In recognition of her expertise, she was appointed as amicus curiae by the Delhi High Court, where she assisted in developing guidelines for the execution of court commissions in intellectual property enforcement matters.
