With Rohit’s joining, the firm’s all-equity partnership grows to 158 partners.
Rohit brings deep experience in advising issuers, investment banks and investors across a wide range of securities offerings, including initial public offerings, institutional placements and bond issuances. He also adds to the firm’s expertise in advising on hybrid security offerings by REITs and InvITs.
