IMA Financial Group, Inc. has completed an equity recapitalization valuing the company at US$4 billion, with minority investments from Oak Hill Capital and New Mountain Capital, alongside participation from HarbourVest Partners and a select group of institutional co-investors.
The recapitalization enables IMA Financial Group to preserve majority ownership while supporting investments in technology, talent, and strategic partnerships to accelerate future growth.
