Latham & Watkins and Khaitan & Co have advised on the proposed acquisition of Flender from Carlyle.
Flender is a global market leader in mechanical drive technology, providing gearboxes, couplings and generators for a broad range of industrial and wind power applications. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions and is expected to close in Q4 2026.
Latham & Watkins advised Triton Partners on the acquisition.
