JSA Advocates & Solicitors (JSA), one of India’s leading full-service law firms, has announced the addition of Nidhi Khadria as Partner in its Mumbai office, further strengthening the firm’s corporate practice.
Nidhi brings close to 22 years of experience advising domestic and international clients on complex corporate transactions, strategic investments, governance matters, regulatory compliance, and commercial arrangements.
Prior to joining JSA, Nidhi was a Partner at Lex Consult. Over the course of her career, she has held senior legal and leadership positions with LOGOS India, Matrix Partners India and New Enterprise Associates (NEA), in addition to practising with leading Indian law firms including AZB & Partners and Trilegal. Her addition reinforces JSA’s continued focus on expanding its capabilities across high-value transactional and advisory mandates.

Nidhi has advised clients on a broad spectrum of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, fund structuring, debt financing, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and large-scale commercial contracting.
Her experience spans sectors such as warehousing and logistics, healthcare, financial services, technology and real estate, where she has worked closely with businesses on growth initiatives, risk management and strategic transformation projects.
A graduate of ILS Law College, University of Pune, Nidhi completed her B.A. LL.B. in 2004 and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
