Oncare, a cancer care-focused healthtech startup, has raised ₹27 crore in its Series A funding round, marking a key milestone in its mission to make cancer treatment more accessible, affordable, and patient-centric across India.
The funds will enable Oncare to expand its integrated oncology care model into new cities, enhance technology-driven care infrastructure, and scale its network of specialists, bringing structured, high-quality cancer care closer to patients.
The round was led by Sky Impact Capital, with participation from Huddle Ventures, Lotus Herbal Group, Steerx, and Tremis Capital.
Aretha Legal acted as legal counsel to Oncare.
The team advising the company was led by Partner Divya Jyoti Mehra, with support from Associates Sajal Jain and Sakshi Barbate.
Universal Legal represented Sky Impact Capital, the lead investor in the round. The team was led by Partner Rashi Kapoor Mehta, and Associate Partner Neelkamal Chaudhary.
IC RegFin Legal Partners LLP advised Huddle Ventures on its investment in the round. The team included Partner Ankit Bhasin, Senior Associate Saransh Agarwal, and Associate Sejal Dass Khandelwal.
