With extensive experience as a practicing attorney and former senior legal advisor, Louise has successfully led commercial and legal strategies in global ethics, compliance, corporate governance and supply chain management.
Her extensive experience, from grassroots to executive roles, enables her to tackle complex legal challenges effectively. Louise offers expertise in global ethics, compliance and investigations; corporate governance; regulatory clarity and compliance; dispute mitigation and resolution; and supply chain forecasting and management.
As the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at a Fortune 1 company, one of the world’s largest consumer goods organizations, Louise designed and implemented comprehensive ethics and compliance programs. These programs covered anti-corruption, anti-fraud, anti-trust, economic sanctions and privacy protections across multiple African jurisdictions. Her role as a director and board member further underscores her governance credentials at the highest level.
Louise also served as a legal advisor to a leading global energy major and later advanced to Ethics, Compliance and Risk Manager. She chaired the Transformation, Diversity and Inclusion Committee, promoting corporate responsibility and an inclusive culture within the organization.
Her expertise spans multiple sectors, focusing on the regulatory regimes and supply chain management of the energy, hospitality, leisure, aviation, life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors.
