Ashurst advised BNP Paribas on its entry into exclusive negotiations with La Banque Postale to establish a partnership for the distribution of a comprehensive mobility offering to the retail customers of La Banque Postale group. This possible partnership would foresee the creation of a digital platform accessible to La Banque Postale customers offering new and used low-emission vehicles, consistent with La Banque Postale’s commitment to a low-carbon economy.
