AZB & Partners acted for Jumbotail Technologies Private Limited in their acquisition of 100% of Standard Chartered Research and Technology India Private Limited through share swap, and in their USD 120 million Series D equity investment led by SC Ventures, the innovation and investment arm of Standard Chartered Plc, with participation from Artal Asia Pte Ltd, and other investors.
