AZB & Partners and Khaitan & Co advised on NH Investment & Securities’ INR 900 crore strategic investment in Choice Equity Broking.

NH Investment & Securities made a strategic investment of INR 900 crore in Choice Equity Broking Private Limited (CEBPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Choice International Limited. CEBPL is a technology-led brokerage platform catering to retail, HNI and institutional clients across equity, derivatives, currency and commodity markets, as well as depository services.

The investment is expected to support the company’s business expansion, technology development and scalability.

AZB & Partners advised NH Investment & Securities on the transaction.
