AZB & Partners successfully represented a client before the Andhra Pradesh High Court, which set aside coercive recovery actions by the GST Department, including property attachments and wrongful recovery of ₹170 Cr. The High Court condemned the Department’s overreach, upheld the client’s statutory right to appeal and pre-deposit, and directed a refund along with lifting of attachments.
