OnEMI Technology Solutions, which operates digital lending platform Kissht, has launched its initial public offering comprising a fresh issue of equity shares and an offer for sale by investor selling shareholders aggregating to INR 9,259.20 million.
Kissht is a technology-enabled lender in India primarily offering digital loans through its mobile application for various consumption and business needs. The company focuses on young individuals within India’s emerging middle-class segment and provides credit solutions to support customers across their financial journeys.

JSA advised JM Financial Limited, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India) Private Limited, Nuvama Wealth Management Limited, SBI Capital Markets Limited and Centrum Broking Limited in relation to the IPO.
The JSA Capital Markets team was led by Lead Partner Arka Mookerjee, with support from Partner Siddhartha Desai and Associates Prateek Khandelwal, Aditya Shendye, Aditi Khandal, Bhuvnesh Kumar and Sourav Jena.
A&O Shearman also advised the underwriters on the IPO.
The A&O Shearman team was led by Partners Pallavi Gopinath Aney and Mark Leemen, supported by Nabil Shadab, Shinjan Alok and Rajshree Agarwal.
Khaitan & Co advised the selling shareholders on the IPO.
