Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) along with Khaitan & Co advised on Hindustan Unilever’s Demerger and Listing of Kwality Wall’s (India) Limited.
CAM acted as sole transaction counsel to Hindustan Unilever in relation to the demerger of its ice cream business into Kwality Wall’s (India) Limited (KWIL).
Strategic guidance on the transaction was provided by Managing Partner Cyril Shroff.
