Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) and Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A) advised on WestBridge-led investment in Juspay at USD 1.2 billion valuation.
The round comprised a mix of primary and secondary investments, marking WestBridge’s entry into Juspay’s cap table and providing liquidity to certain existing shareholders, including VEF AB (publ).
CAM advised (i) Juspay on the fundraise and (ii) VEF AB (publ) on the partial sale of its stake in Juspay to WestBridge. The CAM team was led by Partners Vandana Sekhri and Suvojit Halder, with support from Senior Associate Darshna Vyas and Associate Achyutha G M.
TT&A advised Setu AIF Trust along with co-investors MMPL Trust and Konark Trust (WestBridge) on the investment.
