Davis Polk and Ropes & Gray advised on Arxis’ US$1.3 billion IPO. Arxis, Inc. Has completed its initial public offering of 46,570,000 shares of Class A common stock, raising total gross proceeds of approximately US$1.3 billion, including the exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option.
Arxis is a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management and operates as a designer and manufacturer of mission-critical electronic and mechanical components for aerospace and defense, medical technology and specialised industrial markets.
