Wadia Ghandy & Co advised Ambit Wealth Private Limited, the wealth management arm of Ambit on the proposed 15% equity investment by Japan based, Daiwa Securities Group.
The transaction was led by Partner Rohini Verma, with support from Associates Anushka Sharma and Kainaz Faroodi. Co-Managing Partner, Ashish Ahuja provided strategic guidance on certain aspects of the matter.
