Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised CL Educate Limited in relation to the acquisition of 100% share capital of NSEIT LIMITED from NSE Investments Limited. The deal is valued at approximately INR 230 crores. The acquisition marks a significant step in CL Educate’s strategic diversification within the education and tech sector and expansion into the digital assessment space.
