The Timken Company has acquired the assets and related businesses of Bijur Delimon International, a global designer and manufacturer of automated lubrication systems, from Industrial Manufacturing Company International LLC. The transaction strengthens Timken’s position in industrial motion and lubrication solutions, expanding its capabilities across key sectors including rail, power generation and mining.
