Continuum Green Energy Limited has raised approximately USD 67.5 million from Just Climate and one of its limited partners. The investment marks a follow-on transaction, following an earlier USD 150 million investment in September 2024. The fundraise supports Continuum’s continued growth in the renewable energy sector and reflects sustained investor interest in climate-focused infrastructure platforms.
Trilegal acted for Continuum Green Energy Limited and Continuum Green Energy Holdings Limited on the fundraise from Just Climate and one of its limited partners.
