S&R Associates announced yesterday that Reuben Chacko, formerly a Partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Regional Co-head Markets Practice, will be joining them as a Partner based in the Firm’s Bengaluru office and will be supporting the Firm’s capital markets practice.
In addition, Rushab Dhandokia and Aniran Ghoshal will be joining the Firm’s capital markets practice as Retained Partners in the Mumbai office.
Before this, Rushab Dhandokia worked as a Principal Associate in the Capital Markets practice at CAM in Mumbai. He specializes in corporate finance and securities law, frequently advising on major transactions such as Qualified Institutions Placements (QIPs) and Initial Public Offerings (IPOs).
Similarly, Aniran Ghoshal worked as a Principal Associate in Capital Markets Practice at CAM’s Mumbai office. He is a seasoned corporate lawyer with diverse and extensive experience spanning several years of advising clients on fund raising activities, including IPOs, QIPs, rights issuances, infrastructure investment trusts (private and public), and various debt capital markets transactions under Rule 144a and Reg S.
