Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas (SAM) announced that Radhika Seth has joined them as a Partner in their Competition Law practice at the Firm’s New Delhi office.
Radhika brings over a decade of experience advising leading Indian and international clients on a range of competition law matters from complex merger control filings to high-stakes enforcement and litigation.
Her work spans sectors such as digital markets, e-commerce, pharmaceutical, media, automobiles and cement. In the Asialaw 2025-26 rankings, Radhika was named as one of the rising stars. She joined SAM as a Principal Associate at the beginning of this year.
Radhika finished law school in 2014 from Faculty of Law, Delhi University. She has worked with well known firms like Khaitan and Trilegal before she joined SAM.
