Maestroedge Solutions Private Limited has raised USD 56 million in its Series D funding round from investors including Susquehanna Venture Capital, Mirae Asset Venture Investments, FJ Labs, Nexus Venture Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and Bertelsmann India Investments.
The funding round was co-led by Susquehanna Venture Capital and Mirae Asset Venture Investments. Snabbit plans to use the proceeds to expand into new cities, deepen penetration in existing markets, and strengthen its technology and operational infrastructure.
JSA advised Maestroedge Solutions Private Limited (Snabbit) on the Series D funding round.
The transaction was led by Partner Siddharth Manchanda, with support from Senior Associate Aparimita Choudhary, and Associate Tarun Pydah.
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas (SAM) acted as legal counsel to Mirae Asset Venture Investments in relation to its participation in the Series D funding round of Snabbit.
