DWS has acquired an interest in Flannery Plant Hire, the UK’s largest operated heavy plant-hire company, from the Flannery family and management.
The Flannery family will retain a significant ownership stake in the business, with Patrick and Martin Flannery continuing as joint CEOs.
The investment supports Flannery’s next phase of growth amid increasing infrastructure activity across transport, energy, and utilities sectors in the UK.
