DLS Law Offices and Khaitan & Co advised on Quick Clean’s USD 14 million Series B fundraise.
Quick Clean Private Limited, an integrated laundry and linen management service provider serving the healthcare, hospitality and commercial sectors, has raised USD 14 million (approximately INR 133 crore) in a Series B funding round led by Stakeboat Capital, with participation from existing investors Alkemi Growth Capital Fund II Scheme I and Blue Ashva Capital. The transaction comprised a combination of a primary capital infusion into Quick Clean and a secondary acquisition of shares from certain existing shareholders.
The investment is expected to support Quick Clean’s continued expansion, strengthen its presence across key markets and enhance its service capabilities.
DLS Law Offices acted as legal counsel to Quick Clean and its promoters and advised on the transaction.
