The Society is one of the largest educational societies in West Bengal, managing a number of the State’s most reputable institutions and several knowledge campuses across West Bengal. This acquisition was undertaken for the extension of the NSHM Knowledge Campus.
AQUILAW advised Bhawanipur Gujarati Education Society on the acquisition of land at B. L. Saha Road for the expansion of the NSHM Knowledge Campus. The team provided end-to-end support, including comprehensive due diligence, deal structuring, drafting, negotiation and successful execution of the transaction documents.
