Kirkland & Ellis, AZB & Partners and Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz (WLRK) advised on Pacific Avenue Capital Partners’ acquisition of ‘Pick Your Part’ from LKQ Corporation.
Kirkland & Ellis advised Pacific Avenue Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-headquartered private equity firm focused on corporate carve-outs and other complex transactions in the middle market, on an agreement to acquire Pick Your Part, a self-service auto parts salvage yard, from LKQ Corporation. The transaction is expected to be completed during the fourth quarter of 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including receipt of required regulatory approval.
The Kirkland team included corporate lawyers Marty DiLoreto, Karen Flanagan and Edward Brennan; and tax lawyers Lee Morlock and Nicole Martin.
AZB & Partners is advising Pacific Avenue Capital Partners on all Indian law aspects of the acquisition.

Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz served as legal advisor to LKQ Corporation in the USD 410 million sale of its Self Service segment to Pacific Avenue Capital Partners.
