Talwar Thakore & Associates and S&R Associates advise on Tata Motors’ ₹134 crore follow-on investment in Freight Tiger.
Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A) advised Tata Motors in its follow-on investment in Freight Commerce Solutions Private Limited by way of a combination of primary investment of INR 120 crores through subscription to compulsorily convertible preference shares and secondary investment of around INR 14 crores through purchase of equity shares.
The TT&A Team included Partner Sachin Mehta, Managing Associates Pooja Menon & Ambika Sahai, Senior Associate Divya Kumar and Associate Radhika Sarda.
S&R Associates represented Freight Commerce Solutions (Freight Tiger), a provider of technology-based logistics and transportation solutions, in INR 1.34 billion investments by Tata Motors Limited, a listed global automotive manufacturer.
The S&R team was led by Partner Kinnari Sanghvi and included Associates Varun Yadav and Sourav Kumar.
