Chir Amrit advised Vanivinyak Hospitality LLP on its collaboration with Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) for the development of a Taj-branded resort in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan.

Chir Amrit provided end-to-end legal support, including negotiating key commercial and operational terms, and conducting a comprehensive review and finalisation of the transaction documents.

The transaction was led by Senior Partner Nikhil Totuka, with support from Partner Harsha Totuka, and Associate Ishika Sharma.
