JSA, SAM Advised On E2E Networks’ ₹107 Cr QIP

JSA and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas (SAM) advised on E2E Networks’ INR 1.07 billion QIP.

E2E Networks Limited has completed a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) aggregating to INR 1.07 billion (approximately USD 12 million) through the issuance of 428,000 equity shares of face value INR 10 each.

The proceeds from the QIP are intended to fund capital expenditure for the procurement of cloud compute infrastructure, including cloud GPUs, traditional compute capacity, and related IT equipment, as well as for general corporate purposes.

E2E Networks is among the early providers in India offering cloud GPU-as-a-service and operates a multi-region cloud infrastructure platform serving customers across multiple countries. InCred Capital Wealth Portfolio Managers Private Limited acted as the lead manager to the QIP.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised E2E Networks on the transaction.

The team was led by Partner Arka Mookerjee, with support from Partner Anshu Bansal, Principal Associates Ananth Balaji, Kairav Parikh and Arjun Rastogi, and Associates Bhavna Sancheti, Johann Duckworth, Sharad Panwar and Arika Gupta.
