TransTech Group LLC, a U.S.-based industrial solutions company and a portfolio company of Bridge Industries, has acquired a controlling stake in Teknoflow Green Equipments Private Limited from its promoters. Teknoflow, based in Nashik, is a process equipment manufacturer serving OEMs and EPC companies across energy and industrial infrastructure sectors, with capabilities spanning pressure vessels, heat exchangers, industrial silencers, and custom fabrication solutions.
BTG Advaya advised TransTech Group on the acquisition, including structuring, business transfer, due diligence, employment, and real estate aspects.
The deal team comprised Managing Partner Ramesh Vaidyanathan, Partner Laxmi Joshi, Partner Priyanka Dixit Sibal, Principal Associate Aditi Rani, and Senior Associate Suyash Sarvankar.
