JSA advised Garware Technical Fibres Limited in its strategic acquisition, through its wholly owned UK subsidiary – Garware Technical Fibres UK Private Limited, of 100% equity in Offshore & Trawl Supply AS and Advanced Mooring Supply AS, both incorporated under the laws of Norway. The acquisition marks a significant step in Garware’s global expansion strategy, enhancing its offerings in the aquaculture and mooring solutions space.
