Khaitan & Co. advised Firstsource Solutions (UK), a wholly owned subsidiary of Firstsource Solutions, India in its acquisition of Ascensos (UK) from its existing shareholders, for an aggregate consideration of £42 million, on a cash free and debt free basis.
Firstsource, a business process management firm, which is a part of the RP-Sanjiv Goenka group acquired 100% ownership of the UK-based customer service outsourcing partner.
The core team consisted of Kapish Mandhyan, Vismita Gahlot, Kopal Agarwal and Vaibhav Laddha with assistance from Reshma Abraham and Madhav Chandan.
