Khaitan & Co and JSA advised on Bgauss Auto’s INR 110 crore Series D fundraise.

Bgauss Auto Pvt Ltd (“Bgauss”) raised INR 110 crores (~USD 11.6 million) in its Series D fundraise, led by its founder, Hemant Mahendrakumar Kabra, with participation from existing investor Bharat Value Fund and two other investors.

Khaitan & Co advised Bgauss Auto Pvt Ltd (“Bgauss”) on its Series D fundraise of INR 110 crores (~USD 11.6 million).

The deal team included Partner Bhavik Narsana and Senior Associate Ipshita Dey. The transaction was assisted by Corporate & Commercial Associates Pragya Mishra and Sakshi Mehta.

JSA advised Bharat Value Fund on its follow-on investment in Bgauss Auto Private Limited.

The JSA team was led by Partner Kushal Ramotre, with strategic inputs from Partner Siddharth Mody and support from Associate Priankita Das.
