Latham & Watkins, Khaitan & Co. and Milbank advised on Bridgepoint’s acquisition of GBA Group from Ardian.

Bridgepoint has agreed to acquire GBA Group, a leading provider of specialist laboratory testing services, from Ardian. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Headquartered in Hamburg, GBA Group is an international life sciences and laboratory analytics provider with more than 3,500 employees and operations across Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific and other international markets. In India, the group operates through Eureka Analytical Services and Teena Bio Labs.

Latham & Watkins LLP advised Bridgepoint on the acquisition.

The team was led by Munich corporate partner Burc Hesse and Frankfurt corporate partner Leif Schrader, with support from London partner Paul Dolman and associates Chris Freitag, Corinna Freudenmacher, Julian Glaub, Nicolas Ormanns, and Matthew O’Connor.

Khaitan & Co. advised Bridgepoint on the Indian law aspects of the acquisition.
