Sidley Austin, Lee & Lee and Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer (HSF Kramer) advised on UISEE Technologies’ HK$872 million Hong Kong IPO.

UISEE Technologies (Beijing) Co., Ltd. has completed its initial public offering and H share listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under Chapter 18C of the Hong Kong Listing Rules for Specialist Technology Companies, raising approximately HK$872 million (US$112 million).

CITIC Securities (Hong Kong) Limited acted as the sole sponsor on the transaction.

UISEE Technologies is a provider of autonomous driving solutions specialising in driverless L4 technology in Greater China, with applications across airports, factories, logistics, operational and mobility vehicles.

Sidley Austin LLP acted as Hong Kong and U.S. counsel to UISEE Technologies on the IPO and listing.

The Sidley team was led by Partners Meng Ding and Claudia Yu. Other team members included Kevin Chan, Cindy Liu, Liming Xu, Audrey Ng, Alice Liu, Daniel Ting, Iris Lao and John Lau.

Lee & Lee LLP acted as Singapore counsel to UISEE Technologies on the offering and listing.

The Lee & Lee team comprised Corporate Partner Andrew Lai, together with Senior Associates Chloe Hing and Su Zhiren, and Associates Gwendolyn Heng and Chow Hanqi.

Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer advised CITIC Securities (Hong Kong) Limited as sole sponsor on the IPO.

Partners Matt Emsley, Stanley Xie, Jeremy Shen and Jin Kong led the cross-office team advising the sole sponsor, supported by Jaime Fong, Sean Ji, Cyrus Wong, Angel Shi, Vera Chen, Francis Wang, Allen Wang, and Bellinsky Liu.

Legal manager Marine Jin led Herbert Smith Freehills Kewei Joint Operation’s Digital Legal Delivery business, to provide solutions for verification and other document-intensive processes during the listing, assisted by Huidan Luo, Siyu Chen and Eurus Xu.
