SNG & Partners has advised Patanjali Ayurved Limited in negotiating a share purchase agreement to acquire 73.555% equity stake in Magma General Insurance Limited (formerly Magma HDI General Insurance Company). The remaining 24.5% stake is being acquired by DS Group, valuing the company at ₹4,500 crore.
The transaction team was led by Partner Ravi Bhadani, with support from Senior Associates Niharika Dungrakoti, Ayushi Parnami, Associates Mohit Goyal and Tripti Sharan.
