Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A) advised and assisted Applied Research International Pvt Lttd (ARIPL) and ARI Labs (ALPL), along with their promoter (Mr. Shravan Rewari) and other sellers in relation to the sale of their 100% shareholding in ARIPL and ALPL, to Zen Technologies Limited (Zen) a public listed company in India. Zen will acquire ARIPL in two tranches in accordance with the terms of the definitive documents executed in this regard, and the total consideration payable by Zen for the sale of 100% shareholding of ARIPL and ALPL is INR 130 crores.
