PCB Byrne LLP announced yesterday that Boris Telyatnikov has joined the firm as a Partner with their Commercial Dispute Resolution team in London.
Boris specialises in complex commercial litigation and international arbitration, acting for companies and high net worth individuals in high value disputes that frequently span several jurisdictions. His experience covers the financial services, natural resources and technology sectors, and he has a longstanding practice advising clients on disputes connected to the former Soviet Union.
Boris began his career as an Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills and has also practised at Shearman & Sterling and Taylor Wessing. He holds an LLB from the London School of Economics and Political Science and is a solicitor advocate. He speaks English, Russian and German.
