S&R Associates has announced that Swathi Ravi Girimaji has joined their Bengaluru office as a Partner. She will be joined by Associates Bhanusri S., Theertha Aiyappa, Poorna Shree A. and Madhav Sirohi.
Swathi Girimaji’s practice covers mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, private equity and general corporate matters, including significant experience in the technology, education, healthtech, fintech and consumer sectors. Swathi received a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from University Law College, Bengaluru in 2010 and an LL.M. from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2011. Her prior experience includes working with Bharucha & Partners in Bengaluru, where she was Partner, Practice Lead of VC & Growth Stage Investments.
