Wadia Ghandy & Co. advised Neopolis Brands Private Limited, founded by fashion retail industry veteran Shailesh Chaturvedi, on its recent fund raise from marquee investors and strategic partners, including Ashish Kacholia and Lashit Sanghvi of Alchemy Capital, along with strategic partners including Brandix Sri Lanka and Manipal Technologies.
Wadia Ghandy had previously represented Neopolis Brands in connection with its long-term licensing arrangements with Kuvera S.p.A., Italy, for the launch and development of the Carpisa brand in India.
