Burgeon Law advised Huddle Ventures, in its investment in Cumin Co., a kitchenware company. Cumin Co recently secured $1.5 million as part of its funding round led by Fireside Ventures, with participation from Huddle Ventures.
The newly secured funding will be used to expand its portfolio with over 80 product launches by the end of the year. The company also plans to roll out two new colours and introduce upgrades to popular items from its flagship collection.
